We start with the Property Consultation Report. We walk through your property with you and discuss what is there. Next, we take photographs and develop a comprehensive list of items (based on a proven set of guidelines developed over years of real estate experience) for you to do in order to get your property to a place where it will compete at the top of the list of those homes for sale in the same area and price range.
When you have completed the "To Do" list, we will place your furniture and accessories to create a WOW factor inside and out. We use what is in your home and augment with our accessories, if needed. If you prefer, we can furnish your empty home.
